I'm pretty sure that fish are "hatched", but RR thinks that they might be "spawned".
I have no idea what started this discussion. Trevor and I were driving back from dinner on Sunday night when we passed a lady walking a puppy on Mockingbird Avenue. That was the moment I started to think about the whole horse=foaled concept (which, of course, lead directly to the dog=pupped question in my mind). When I told Trevor about it and he just looked at me like I was crazy (typical reaction from the Boy Toy) and said, “Well, that was random”!
*Alas*
It is stuff like this that keeps me up at night...
