As of this morning, the State Fair of Texas took over Fair Park.
Already, there are several crews erecting scaffolding all over the place. I’ve even had to move my car OUT OF THE SHADE to further the State Fair’s (annoying) agenda 'o' construction.
Ug.

so 59 days to debate whether I should introduce myself to my stalkee/bodyguarded friend? Ohhhhhh the anticipation.
I haven't been to a Texas State Fair; but I have enjoyed a number of Pennsylvania State Farm Shows in my childhood. I will have to go again perhaps next year in January.
Oh, I thought it was on purpose. ha!
