I don't know what is more awesome. The fact that we haven't been able to receive emails since Monday at noon, or that this is day two of sniper training at the Cotton Bowl.
That said, it IS kind of funny to watch park goers duck and run when they hear the rifle fire.

Shouldn't you be spreading the word that they ARE NOT getting shot at and that sniper training is in progress? I'd hate to have you lose buisiness just because people think that Fair Park is dangerous.
We do try. But there never are that many people milling around on your typical weekday (outside special events and the State Fair), except for school groups and we notify them in advance of their arrival whenever possible. It would be nice if Fair Park did something to communicate things (like sniper practice) to park goers when they first drive in the gates. The museums and other institutions do our best to also pass along information, but Fair Park is a 277 acre campus. There is only so much any one institution can do.
