The appliances at the new house? Yeah. I'm not smart enough to use them. It took me 15 minutes to figure out how to use my new microwave. We won’t discuss what happened when I tried to preheat the oven.

Have you tried reading the manual? No, I'm not kidding. Contrary to popular opinion, manuals often contain useful information.
Oh, and cooking? I'd never cooked before I got married, and you know what? It's really not that hard. We eat every day. :) You can learn, and I can help out with incredibly easy, but yummy, recipes.
