On July 29th, our first full day in Jackson Hole, this rain storm happened:
I had just come inside from taking this picture when I saw a bright flash and the loudest clap of thunder I have ever heard in my life. I screamed, and ran down the hall to the back bedroom where Trevor was reading Banner a bedtime story.
The next morning, we discovered this across the street:
See the cabin across the road in the picture on the right? That was the cabin where we stayed. It is hard to make out, but you can sort of see the deck I had been standing on between the two sign posts.
Way to scare to crap out of me, Mother Nature.
Also, thank you for taking out the stop sign and not me. I appreciate it.
